Meet Michelle
Hi, I'm Michelle - and Pilates isnt just what I teach, it's what I live. My passion for Pilates comes from the way it transforms not only the body, but the mind and spirit too. I've experienced first hand how intentional movement can build strength, restore confidence, and create a deep sense of balance and wellbeing.
I love helping others discover just how strong, capable and vibrant they truly are. Whether you're just beginning or deepening your practice, my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel empowered, challenged and inspired every time you step onto the reformer and mat.
For me, Pilates is more than exercise, it's a pathway to feeling strong, energised and beautifully aligned in everyday life. I can't wait to share that journey with you.
